The ICON Stage 6 suspension system is engineered for maximum performance and durability for serious on- and off-road driving. Designed to increase wheel travel and improve damping, this system delivers enhanced vehicle control and improved ride quality while allowing for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

System highlights

• Extended-travel 2.5" front coilover shocks with remote reservoirs for superior cooling and consistent damping under heavy use.
• Height-adjustable coilovers providing 0–3.5" of front lift over stock to accommodate larger wheels and tires.
• Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms featuring a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines ball-joint durability with uniball articulation for long life and quiet operation.
• Tubular upper and lower rear links for increased strength, improved geometry, and pinion-angle adjustment.
• ICON-engineered coil springs tuned for on-road comfort and off-road performance, providing approximately 2" of rear lift for a level stance.
• Adjustable rear track bar to ensure proper rear axle placement, improve articulation, and maintain fitment on KDSS-equipped vehicles.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks with 7/8" shafts and an internal Bump Zone that increases damping force for better control of hard bottom-outs.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover shock bodies.

Delta Joint details

• The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty, greaseable high-angle ball joint that provides enhanced angularity and durability compared to standard ball joints and typical uniballs.
• Features include a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance, a protective grease seal to keep contaminants out, metal-on-metal construction, and serviceable greasing for extended life and quiet operation.

• Compatible vehicles: 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010–2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
• Front lift range: 0–3.5".
• Rear lift: 2".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 0 mm.
• Tire fitment: supports up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights are indicated for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Extended-travel remote-reservoir coilovers matched with ICON upper control arms provide increased front droop travel.

Notes

• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• Suspension system is compatible with KDSS. Front sway bar relocation brackets are not used for KDSS-equipped vehicles. Certain years may require trimming for front reservoir bracket fitment.
• A 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Bump stop spacer kit available to increase threads showing beyond the maximum recommendation.
