Stage 6 suspension system for 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010–2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping capability, and overall vehicle control on- and off-road. Features vehicle-specific tuned extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs. Front coilovers are height-adjustable for 0–3.5" of front lift to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
The system includes billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms to retain alignment specs, provide on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow proper alignment at lifted ride heights. Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. These links use PTFE-lined rod ends and greaseable polyurethane bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustability.
Rear components include ICON rear coil springs for improved on-road comfort and off-road performance with 2" of rear lift, an adjustable rear track bar for proper axle placement and improved articulation (compatible with KDSS), and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks for larger-diameter performance and cooler operating temperatures under heavy use. The coilovers and rear shocks feature a unique internal Bump Zone that increases damping force to help control hard bottom-outs.
