ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System

Designed for maximum performance and serious drivers, this Stage 4 suspension system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics increases wheel travel and damping ability to improve vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. Engineered components deliver extended travel, improved cooling, and tunable ride height for larger wheel and tire combinations.

Compatibility: 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010–2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser.

The system features vehicle-specific, extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for superior cooling and consistent damping. ICON-engineered coil springs provide refined vehicle feel through the full travel range, and the coilovers are height-adjustable for 0–3.5" of front lift. Billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms retain alignment capability, offer on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment, and allow proper alignment at lifted heights. CNC-machined billet aluminum adjustable rear lower links use PTFE-lined rod ends and greaseable polyurethane bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle adjustability. Rear coil springs provide a 2" rear lift for a level stance, and 2.5" remote-reservoir rear shocks offer extended damping consistency and a unique internal Bump Zone for improved control of hard bottom-outs.

Notes

• Fits OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace), 18x9" (5.00" backspace), 20x9" (5.00" backspace) with approximately 0mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming or modifications may be required).
• Rear lift: approximately 2". Front lift: 0–3.5".
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but is not required for installation.
• Requires adjustable track bar part number 54200 for certain configurations and KDSS-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Bump stop spacer kit is available to increase threads showing beyond the maximum recommended setting.
