ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner / 2007-2009 FJ Cruiser

The ICON Stage 7 suspension system delivers advanced on- and off-road performance for Toyota 4Runner (2003–2009) and FJ Cruiser (2007–2009). Building on the Stage 6 platform, this system adds ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) front and rear for user-adjustable compression damping, extended-travel remote reservoir technology, and ICON billet aluminum upper and lower link arms for strength and adjustability.

• Complete Stage 7 package: Includes Delta Joint upper control arms, 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks, 2" rear coil springs, adjustable rear track bar, and billet aluminum rear upper and lower link arms with pinion angle adjustment.
• Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV): Easy-to-adjust compression changes provide optimized ride quality across varied terrain and cargo loads.
• Remote reservoir design: Increased shock oil volume and enhanced cooling reduce fade during extended heavy use.
• Bump Zone technology: Rear coilovers feature increased damping in the last 2" of compression to prevent harsh bottom-out and improve ride control.
• ICON Delta Joint upper control arms: Heavy-duty, high-angle joint combining ball joint durability with uniball articulation; zinc-plated housing and greaseable seal provide corrosion resistance and long life.
• Billet aluminum links: Stronger than OE units, greaseable dual-stage bushings, and on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment; engineered for correct roll steer geometry.
• Adjustability: Front coilovers provide 0"–3.5" of lift and extended droop travel when paired with ICON upper control arms.
• Materials & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts, and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum rear shock cylinders.
• Durable hardware: Rod end bearings selected for longevity and minimal deflection.
• Fit & installation: Adjustable rear track bar for proper axle placement; bolt-on system requires no cutting or welding.

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
