ICON Stage 6 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system is engineered to significantly improve on- and off-road performance for 2003–2009 Toyota 4Runner and 2007–2009 FJ Cruiser applications. This complete system builds on previous stage components with upgraded billet aluminum links, adjustable rear track bar, and remote reservoir shocks to deliver greater strength, adjustability, and thermal capacity for sustained demanding use.

The system includes billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms, 2.5 series remote reservoir front and rear shocks, 2" rear coil springs, billet aluminum rear lower link arms, a billet aluminum rear upper link kit, and an adjustable rear track bar. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and cooling, while ICON’s Bump Zone technology boosts damping in the final 2" of compression to reduce harsh bottoming and improve ride control. Billet aluminum lower links are stronger than OE units, feature greaseable dual-stage bushings, and allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment while preserving correct roll-steer geometry.

The Delta Joint upper control arms combine the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. A zinc-plated housing, robust grease seal, metal-on-metal construction, and greaseable design enhance longevity and noise-free operation while providing superior angularity and durability.
