ICON Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system for 2003–2009 Toyota 4Runner and 2007–2009 FJ Cruiser delivers a substantial upgrade to on- and off-road performance. This complete kit builds on the Stage 4 components with extended-travel 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover shocks up front and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks in the rear for balanced damping, increased shock oil capacity, and improved cooling to reduce fade during demanding use.

The system includes tubular Delta Joint upper control arms, adjustable coilovers, 2" rear coil springs, and tubular rear lower links engineered for strength, correct roll-steer geometry, and pinion angle adjustment. ICON’s Delta Joint combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball while providing corrosion protection and a greaseable, long-life design for quiet operation.

• Bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required.
• Vehicle-specific tuned front and rear shocks for superior damping and control.
• Adjustable front coilovers provide 0–3.5" of lift height.
• Extended-travel remote reservoir coilovers matched to ICON upper control arms for increased front droop travel.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series remote rear shocks with enlarged oil capacity and enhanced cooling; featuring a progressive "Bump Zone" for controlled compression in the last 2" of travel.
• Tubular rear lower links for greater strength, improved geometry, and pinion angle adjustment.
• CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components and corrosion-resistant coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Rod end bearings for extended longevity and reduced deflection.

Compatibility: Designed for stock-equipped 2003–2009 Toyota 4Runner and 2007–2009 FJ Cruiser platforms; shock and coilover tuning assumes stock vehicle configuration.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended wheels: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspacing / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5.00" backspacing / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5.00" backspacing / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Remote reservoir mounting brackets may interfere with some aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
