ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner / 2007-2009 FJ Cruiser

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system significantly enhances on- and off-road performance for the specified Toyota models. Building on the Stage 4 components, this system adds extended travel 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover shocks to deliver balanced damping front-to-rear, increased shock oil capacity, and improved cooling for reduced fade during demanding use.

The system includes ICON billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms, 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with Bump Zone technology, 2" rear coil springs, and a tubular rear lower link arm kit. ICON billet aluminum lower links provide strengthened construction, greaseable dual-stage bushings, and on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment with a double adjuster. These links are engineered to maintain correct roll steer geometry for superior handling.

The ICON Delta Joint upper control arms combine the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. A zinc-plated housing and robust grease seal protect internal components from contamination, while metal-on-metal construction and a greaseable design promote long life and quiet operation. The Delta Joint offers greater angularity than a typical ball joint while retaining corrosion resistance and serviceability.
