Stage 10 suspension system for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road control and ride quality. System features tuned 2.5 Series extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS adjustability, ICON tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, ICON RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs, and 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega Bypass rear shocks with remote reservoirs.

• Patented Delta Joint—a zinc-plated, greaseable, high-angle ball joint combining durability of a ball joint with uniball performance.
• RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs with an additional leaf that can be added or exchanged to increase spring rate by approximately 10–20%.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series RXT Omega Bypass rear shocks with side-mounted eyelet, large remote reservoir for improved cooling, multiple damping zones, and 28 compression/rebound settings.
• High-quality construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC machined aluminum components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, 7/8" shafts, and FK rod end bearings.

Technical Specifications

• Front lift range: 0–3.5" (2005–2015 models); 0–2.75" (2016–2023 models).
• Rear lift range: Typical ranges vary by rear spring configuration and vehicle weight; most Tacoma submodels achieve approximately 1.875–2.625" over stock. TRD Pro 2017–2023 rear lift: ~1.375–2.125".
• TRD Pro front lift (2017–2023): ~0–1.25".
• Tire fitment: Up to 33 x 11.50" tire (larger tires may fit but require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended wheel offset: 0 mm offset (wheels such as 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 are suitable; verify backspace for fitment).
• Coilover/service notes: Coilover heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.

Notes

• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Optional 700 lb/in expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain the advertised wheel travel; using other manufacturers’ components may prevent advertised travel and could cause damage.
• Trimming is required for the recommended maximum tire size.
• Bump stop spacer can be installed to increase preload approximately 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5-wheel lug studs.
