Stage 10 suspension system for 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capacity for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system combines vehicle-specific front coilovers with extended travel, tubular upper control arms, multi-rate rear leaf springs and a unique rear Omega Bypass remote reservoir shock for maximum wheel travel, tuning range and durability.

The front uses tuned 2.5 Series extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDCV (externally adjustable CDC Valves) for improved cooling and up to 10 levels of compression damping adjustment. Coilovers are height adjustable to allow larger wheel and tire combinations and, when used with the included tubular upper control arms, provide increased droop travel and corrected front-end geometry. Rear suspension includes ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs (user-adjustable pack configuration) and 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega Bypass remote reservoir shocks with a side-mount eyelet for increased travel, large remote reservoirs for heat dissipation, and extensive compression/rebound adjustment for fine-tuning ride and performance.

The system features CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components and ICON's patented Delta Joint in the billet upper control arms — a zinc-plated, greaseable high-angle joint designed to combine the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball while resisting contamination and noise.

• FK rod end bearings for durability and minimal deflection.
• Tubular upper control arms for strength, alignment correction and improved component clearance; UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series RXT Omega Bypass rear shocks with multiple damping zones and compression/rebound adjustment for ultimate rear ride control.
• ICON RXT rear shock side-mounted lower eyelet allows increased extension travel (up to ~20%) while using factory mounting locations.
• Multi-rate rear leaf springs with user-adjustable spring rates (additional leaf included) to tune rear ride for unloaded or heavily equipped vehicles.

Technical Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5 with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9 with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9 with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 33" x 11.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in Expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Complete ICON system installation is required to attain advertised wheel travel; use of other manufacturers' components may prevent advertised travel and could cause damage.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift range: 0–2.75".
• Most Tacoma submodels will have rear lift range of approximately 1.875–2.625" over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models: front lift range 0–1.25" and rear lift range 1.375–2.125", depending on spring configuration and weight.
• Trimming required for recommended tire size on some configurations.
• Bump Stop Spacer Kit 51045 can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with five-wheel lug studs.
