ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 Suspension System for Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system is engineered to deliver increased wheel travel, enhanced damping, and improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This complete system combines vehicle-specific tuned components, extended travel front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDC valves, billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON’s Delta Joint, ICON RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs, and unique 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega Bypass rear shocks to provide tunable performance and durability.

• Vehicle fitment: Toyota Tacoma 2005–2023
• Front suspension: 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs, CDC valves (10 compression settings), height adjustable:
  2005–2015: 0–3.5" lift available; 2016–2023: 0–2.75" lift available
• Front control arms: Billet aluminum upper control arms with patented Delta Joint for improved geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, corrosion resistance, greaseable design, and quiet operation
• Rear springs: ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs with an additional user-exchangeable leaf to yield ~10–20% change in spring rate for unloaded or heavily equipped vehicles
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series RXT Omega Bypass remote reservoir shocks with side-mounted eyelet for increased extension, 10" remote reservoir for heat dissipation, vehicle-specific valving, multiple damping zones, and extensive compression/rebound adjustability
• Construction & hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined aluminum components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, FK rod end bearings
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 33x11.50 (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and other modifications may be required).
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• A 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights and performance indications are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain the advertised wheel travel; use of other manufacturers' components may prevent advertised travel and could cause damage.
• Trimming may be required for the recommended tire size; minor fender trimming is commonly needed for 33x11.50 tires.
• Bump Stop Spacer Kit 51045 can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma hubs with 5-lug studs.
• Most Tacoma submodels will have rear lift range of approximately 1.875"–2.625" over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models will typically have front lift range of 0–1.25" and rear lift range of 1.375"–2.125" over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• ICON RXT rear shock with side-mounted lower eyelet allows increased travel (up to ~20%) while utilizing factory mounting location.
