ICON Stage 9 Suspension System — 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma

ICON Stage 9 suspension systems are engineered to increase wheel travel and improve damping for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This kit pairs vehicle-specific extended travel front coilovers with a remote reservoir and CDXS compression adjustability, ICON tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, and ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs with a dedicated RXT rear shock to deliver enhanced droop, improved rear ride quality, and precise tuning for a variety of vehicle loads.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series Extended Travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS for improved cooling and consistent performance under hard use.
• Height adjustable coilovers: 0–3.5" front lift for 2005–2015 models; 0–2.75" front lift for 2016–2023 models.
• ICON tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint for improved geometry, added caster, greater articulation, corrosion resistance, and greaseable serviceability.
• ICON RXT multi-rate rear leaf springs with an additional interchangeable leaf to increase spring rate by approximately 10–20% for unloaded comfort or heavy loads (roof racks, tents, spare tires, etc.).
• 2.5 Aluminum Series RXT remote reservoir rear shocks featuring a side-mounted lower eyelet for increased travel while using factory mounts, a large remote reservoir for heat dissipation, and CDXS with independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment (10 detented settings each).
• Premium construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection.
• Extended travel design adds droop travel to the front suspension for improved wheel control and ride quality.
• Multi-rate leaf spring design provides three user-adjustable spring rates for tailored rear behavior.
