Stage 9 suspension system for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This kit pairs vehicle-specific extended-travel front coilovers with an ICON RXT multi-rate leaf spring and a dedicated RXT 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shock to optimize front and rear performance for both unloaded and heavily equipped trucks.

• Front suspension: 2.5 Series extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoir and CDCV (externally adjustable CDC Valves providing 10 compression settings)
• Front adjustability: Coilover height adjustable — 0–3.5" for 2005–2015 models; 0–2.75" for 2016–2023 models
• Front components: Billet aluminum upper control arms with patented Delta Joint for increased durability, greater angularity, on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment, and improved suspension clearance
• Rear suspension: ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs with an interchangeable/addable leaf for 3 user-adjustable spring rates
• Rear shocks: Unique RXT 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shock with side-mount lower eyelet and large remote reservoir for improved heat dissipation and increased travel
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components; corrosion-resistant plated/anodized shock bodies; 7/8" shafts
• Hardware and bearings: FK rod end bearings and greaseable Delta Joint for longevity and reduced deflection/noise
• Design focus: Increased droop and extension travel when used with included upper control arms to maximize wheel travel

• Recommended tire size: up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications).
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain advertised wheel travel; use of other manufacturers' components may not provide advertised travel and could cause unknown damage.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma lift range is 0–2.75".
• Trimming required for recommended tire size.
• Bump stop spacer can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma with 5-wheel lug studs.
• Most Tacoma submodels will have rear lift range of approximately 1.875"–2.625" over stock, depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models will have front lift range approximately 0–1.25" and rear lift approximately 1.375"–2.125", depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
