ICON Stage 8 Suspension System — Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

The ICON Stage 8 suspension system for the Toyota Tacoma is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver refined on- and off-road ride quality. This kit combines extended travel front coilovers with remote reservoirs, tubular upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint, and rear RXT multi-rate leaf springs paired with a unique 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shock to maximize performance and vehicle control.

• Application: Toyota Tacoma 2005–2023
• Front suspension: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series extended travel coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs
• Front adjustability: Coilovers height adjustable — 0–3.5" for 2005–2015 models, 0–2.75" for 2016–2023 models
• Upper control arms: Tubular ICON UCAs with the patented Delta Joint for improved geometry, additional caster, greater suspension articulation, corrosion resistance, and greaseable longevity
• Rear suspension: ICON RXT multi-rate leaf springs with an additional exchangeable leaf to provide 3 user-adjustable spring rates and the ability to increase spring rate by approximately 10–20%
• Rear shocks: ICON RXT 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with side-mounted lower eyelet and large remote reservoir for increased travel, reduced heat fade, and fitment in factory mounting locations
• Construction & hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components; corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts; FK rod end bearings for durability and minimal deflection
• Performance: Extended travel coilovers and RXT components increase droop and overall wheel travel for improved control and ride quality under load or during spirited driving
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; coilovers are tunable for height and performance
• Materials & protection: Zinc-plated Delta Joint housing and grease seals to protect joint internals from contamination and corrosion

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes. Recommended wheel offset: 0 mm for aftermarket wheels. Recommended tire size up to 33x11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Not compatible with 2005–2015 2WD 5-lug Toyota Tacoma models.
• Most Tacoma submodels will have a rear lift height range of approximately 1.875"–2.625", depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift range is 0–2.75". 2005–2015 front lift range is 0–3.5".
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models will typically have a front lift range of 0–1.25" and a rear lift range of 1.375"–2.125", depending on rear spring configuration and rear weight.
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Bump stop spacer kit can increase preload by approximately 0.25".
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain advertised wheel travel; use of other manufacturers' components may not provide advertised travel and could cause unknown damage.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
