The Stage 7 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping performance, and deliver superior on- and off-road control and ride quality. This vehicle-specific kit combines extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs, billet aluminum upper control arms with a patented Delta Joint, a rear Add-A-Leaf, and adjustable bypass rear shocks to provide a balanced, tunable ride for Toyota Tacoma models from 2005–2023.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5" extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS valving for exceptional cooling and independent high-speed/low-speed compression adjustment.
• 10 detented settings for both low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment to tune handling response and aggressiveness.
• Height-adjustable front coilovers — 0–3.5" of lift for 2005–2015 models and 0–2.75" of lift for 2016–2023 models, allowing larger wheel and tire combinations.
• ICON-engineered coil springs matched for superior vehicle feel throughout the range of travel.
• Billet aluminum upper control arm kit with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance.
• Patented Delta Joint — a zinc-plated, grease-sealed, greaseable high-angle joint that combines durability and angularity for long life and quiet operation.
• Rear Add-A-Leaf replaces the factory overload leaves to reduce the rear spring rate by approximately 10% for a more compliant ride and provides approximately 1.5" of rear lift.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega Bypass rear shocks with multiple damping zones and 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment for precise rear-end control.
• High-quality construction — 6061 aircraft-grade CNC machined components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, 7/8" shafts, and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection.
• Serviceability — shocks are fully serviceable to maintain performance over time.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 0 mm.
• Recommended tire size up to 33" x 11.50"; larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and/or additional modifications.
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• A 700 lb/in expedition coil is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trimming is required for the recommended tire size.
• A bump stop spacer kit can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond the maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5-wheel lug studs.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models have a front lift range of 0–1.25" and a rear lift of approximately 1" over stock.
