The Stage 6 suspension system for the Toyota Tacoma is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping control, and on- and off-road ride quality. Vehicle-specific 2.5" extended-travel coilover shocks feature remote reservoirs and CDXS compression control for improved cooling and independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment. Height-adjustable coilovers and a tubular upper control arm kit with ICON's patented Delta Joint improve front-end geometry, increase caster, and enhance suspension articulation. The rear Add-A-Leaf replaces the factory overload leaves to soften the rear spring rate and provide additional rear lift.

• Maximum wheel travel and improved ride quality through extended-travel coilovers and tuned valving front-to-rear
• 2.5" series extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs for consistent performance under hard use
• CDXS compression control provides independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with discrete detents for fine tuning
• Height adjustable coilovers: up to 3.5" front lift on 2005–2015 models and up to 2.75" front lift on 2016–2023 models (see notes for TRD Pro)
• Tubular upper control arms correct alignment, increase suspension clearance, and add strength and durability
• Patented Delta Joint in upper control arms: a greaseable, corrosion-resistant high-angle joint that combines durability and extended articulation while minimizing noise and binding
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Durable rod-end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection
• Add-A-Leaf rear kit replaces the OE overload leaf to lower the effective rear spring rate (~10% more compliant) and adds approximately 1.5" of rear lift
• Shocks are fully serviceable for long-term maintenance

Delta Joint details: The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty, greaseable, metal-on-metal high-angle joint with a plated housing and a robust grease seal to resist corrosion and contamination. It delivers the articulation of a uniball with the durability and daily-drive refinement of a serviceable joint, allowing full bump and droop travel while reducing bind and noise.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Optional heavier-rate coil (700 lb/in) is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights shown are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• A bump stop spacer kit can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond the maximum setting.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5-wheel lug studs.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models will have reduced front lift range (approximately 0–1.25") and rear lift of about 1" over stock.
