ICON Stage 6 Suspension System — Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system for the Toyota Tacoma is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and externally adjustable CDC Valves, tubular upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint, a rear Add-A-Leaf kit, and vehicle-specific rear remote-reservoir shocks.

• Maximum wheel travel and improved ride quality through extended travel coilovers and tuned damping.
• 2.5" extended travel front coilovers with remote reservoirs and adjustable compression via CDC Valves.
• Adjustable front lift ranges: 0–3.5" for 2005–2015 models and 0–2.75" for 2016–2023 models.
• Externally adjustable CDC Valves provide 10 compression damping settings to tune ride from soft to firm.
• Tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve suspension clearance.
• ICON Delta Joint in the upper control arms combines high-angle articulation with ball-joint durability; zinc-plated housing and greaseable design protect against contaminants and reduce noise while extending service life.
• Rear Add-A-Leaf kit replaces the factory overload leaf to lower the rear spring rate by approximately 10% and provides about 1.5" of rear lift.
• 2.5" Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" shafts balance front-to-rear performance.
• Serviceable shocks and robust construction with corrosion-resistant shock bodies and CNC-machined components for durability under hard use.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes.
• Recommended tire size: 33 x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but will require minor fender trimming and/or other modifications).
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• A 700 lb/in coil option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover height ranges are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift range is 0–2.75".
• A bump stop spacer kit can be installed to increase preload approximately 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with 2WD Tacoma models equipped with 5-lug wheel studs.
• For 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models the front lift range is 0–1.25" over stock and rear lift is approximately 1" over stock.
