ICON Stage 6 Suspension System — Toyota Tacoma (2005-2023)

ICON Stage 6 suspension systems are engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping capacity and overall vehicle control for both on- and off-road driving. The system includes vehicle-specific 2.5" extended travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS valving, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, a rear Add-A-Leaf pack, and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment.

  • Extended travel 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS for improved cooling and consistent performance under hard use
  • Adjustable front ride height: 0–3.5" lift (2005–2015) and 0–2.75" lift (2016–2023)
  • Independent high/low speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings for both low- and high-speed knobs
  • Billet aluminum upper control arms for improved strength, durability and on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment
  • Patented Delta Joint — heavy-duty high-angle joint combining ball-joint durability with uniball articulation; zinc-plated housing, greaseable design and protective seal for long life and quiet operation
  • Rear Add-A-Leaf pack replaces the factory overload leaf to lower the rear spring rate (~10%) for a more compliant ride and provides approximately 1.5" of rear lift
  • 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components and corrosion-resistant coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts
  • FK rod-end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
  • Serviceable shocks and joints for rebuildability and long-term maintenance

The Delta Joint provides the durability of a traditional ball joint with the articulation of a uniball while protecting internal components from contamination. Its metal-on-metal construction, greaseable fittings and corrosion-resistant housing increase longevity and reduce noise and binding throughout full bump and droop travel.

Notes:

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment: yes.
  • Recommended tire size: up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
  • System designed for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
  • 700 lb/in expedition coil option available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
  • Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover height measurements reference a stock-equipped vehicle.
  • Bump stop spacer can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • Does not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5-lug wheel studs.
  • 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models: front lift range 0–1.25" and rear lift ≈1".
  • Typical lift values: front 0–3.5" (2005–2015) / front 0–2.75" (2016–2023); rear ≈1.5" over stock (varies by model).
