ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping control, and deliver enhanced ride quality on- and off-road for the Toyota Tacoma. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned front and rear shocks, adjustable extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDCV compression adjustment, billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON’s Delta Joint, and a rear Add-A-Leaf to produce a balanced, durable upgrade for both daily driving and hard use.

• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock for enhanced vehicle control on- and off-road.
• Front coilovers: 2.5" extended-travel coilovers with remote reservoirs, CDCV (externally adjustable compression valve) and vehicle-specific valving for consistent performance and improved shock cooling.
• Adjustable front lift range: 0–3.5" for 2005–2015 models; 0–2.75" for 2016–2023 models.
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with CDCV and 7/8" shafts tuned to balance front and rear performance.
• Add-A-Leaf: Replaces the factory overload leaf spring to lower rear spring rate by approximately 10% for a more compliant ride and provides approximately 1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• CDC Valves: Externally adjustable with 10 settings of compression damping from soft to hard.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): Provide corrected front-end geometry with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment for improved drivability.
• Delta Joint: Heavy-duty high-angle joint combining the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball; zinc-plated housing and greaseable design for corrosion resistance, longevity, and noise-free operation. (Patented U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
• Construction and hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, and FK rod end bearings for reduced deflection and extended longevity.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.

Additional vehicle notes and fitment details:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 33 x 11.50 with minor fender trimming; larger tires may require additional trimming or modifications.
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil option available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Bump stop spacer kit 51045 can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5-lug wheel studs.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models have a front lift height range of approximately 0–1.25" over stock and a rear lift of approximately 1" over stock.
