Stage 4 suspension system for the Toyota Tacoma (2005–2023) engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road ride quality and vehicle control. The system features vehicle-specific 2.5" extended-travel coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum upper control arms with the Delta Joint, a serviceable Delta Joint ball joint design, an Add-A-Leaf rear kit, and vehicle-specific 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks.

• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock
• 2.5" extended-travel front coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent performance under heavy use
• Height-adjustable front coilovers: up to 3.5" lift (2005–2015 models) and up to 2.75" lift (2016–2023 models)
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) for corrected front-end geometry, increased caster/camber adjustment, and improved clearance
• Patented Delta Joint — heavy-duty, high-angle, serviceable joint combining ball joint durability with uniball articulation and corrosion protection
• Add-A-Leaf rear kit replaces factory overload leaf to lower rear spring rate by ~10% for a more compliant ride and provides 1.5" rear lift
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
• Shocks are fully serviceable and valved to balance front and rear performance

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require minor fender trimming and modifications).
• System intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Optional 700 lb/in expedition coil available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilovers offer adjustable height within specified ranges.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift range: 0–2.75".
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro front lift range: 0–1.25"; rear lift: 1" over stock.
• Bump stop spacer kit can increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5-lug studs.
• Minor trimming may be required for recommended tire sizes.
