ICON Toyota Tacoma Stage 3 Suspension System

ICON's Stage 3 suspension system for the Toyota Tacoma is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping performance, and overall vehicle control both on- and off-road. The kit features vehicle-specific 2.5" extended-travel coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint, a rear Add-A-Leaf kit, and remote-reservoir rear shocks to balance front-to-rear performance.

• Extended-travel 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for superior cooling and damping.
• Height-adjustable coilovers: 0–3.5" of front lift on 2005–2015 models; 0–2.75" on 2016–2023 models.
• Billet 6061 aluminum upper control arms CNC-machined for strength, durability, and on-vehicle camber/caster adjustment.
• Patented Delta Joint (heavy-duty, greaseable high-angle joint) for increased articulation, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
• Add-A-Leaf rear kit replaces factory overload leaves to lower rear spring rate by ~10% for increased compliance and provides approximately 1.5" of rear lift.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 5/8" shafts for matched front-to-rear performance.
• Corrosion-resistant components: CAD-plated coilover bodies and robust hardware for longevity.
• Serviceable design: shocks and joints are serviceable to extend product life.

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and/or additional modifications).
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• 700 lb/in expedition coil option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated assume a stock-equipped vehicle.
• 2016–2023 Tacoma front lift range is 0–2.75".
• Bump stop spacer kit (part 51045) can be installed to increase preload by 0.25" beyond maximum.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with five-lug wheel studs.
• 2017–2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models have a front lift range of 0–1.25" and a rear lift of approximately 1" over stock.
