ICON Stage 7 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System is a complete long-travel suspension upgrade engineered for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. It features precision valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with CDC valves for adjustable compression damping, tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint PRO, and a full tubular rear link kit with an adjustable rear track bar to maximize travel, articulation, and on- and off-road ride quality.

• Remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.
• CDCV compression adjustment providing multiple settings to tune damping from soft to firm for street, rock crawling, or high-speed off-road.
• Adjustable ride height: up to 2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos with the Sasquatch package.
• Maximum travel: engineered for up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel (with 35x12.50 tires).
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° articulation and caster correction.
• Complete tubular rear link kit including adjustable upper links for fuel-tank clearance and tubular lower links for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Adjustable rear track bar with greaseless bushings and FK rod end for on-vehicle alignment across lift heights.
• Triple-rate rear coil springs and shaft-up rear shocks to maximize rear travel and ride quality.
• Durable hardware and construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC components, corrosion-resistant shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, FK rod ends, and high-strength machined bar pins.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Vehicle and tire fitment: Optimized for 35" x 12.50" tires. 37" tires may be used with up-travel limiters (see notes).

Performance goal: Deliver sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain while providing tunable damping and significant additional suspension travel and lift for enhanced off-road capability.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires use up-travel limiters 611075 for the front and 611074 for the rear.
• Lift heights and fitment are based on vehicles equipped with the Sasquatch package.
• When running ICON tubular lower links use 611073.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components. Due to tight clearances to front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Bronco Everglades models will have a front lift height range of approximately 1.5–2.5" over stock.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock-weight vehicles; softer initial spring rates may result in lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear vehicle load increases.
