ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System is a complete bolt-on suspension upgrade engineered to deliver maximum wheel travel, improved ride quality, and consistent damping performance for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. Precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilover shocks with adjustable CDC valves provide tunable compression damping across a wide range of driving conditions, while billet aluminum control arms and a full rear link kit preserve alignment and articulation through increased travel.

• Precision remote-reservoir coilovers — Increased oil volume and improved heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.
• CDC valve compression adjustment — 10 settings to fine-tune on-road comfort, slow crawling, or high-speed off-road driving.
• Adjustable ride height — Coilovers provide approximately 2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear lift over stock on 4-door Broncos equipped with the Sasquatch package.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms — On-vehicle caster and camber adjustment with a high-articulation joint (Delta Joint PRO) for improved strength and suspension geometry control.
• Complete billet rear link kit — Adjustable upper links, billet lower links, and a tubular adjustable rear track bar for pinion and axle alignment through full travel.
• Rear link design — Upper links provide improved fuel-tank clearance at max articulation and use greaseless bushings and heavy-duty rod ends for durability.
• Triple-rate rear coils — Shaft-up rear shocks with a triple-rate spring design to maximize rear travel while maintaining ride quality.
• High-quality materials and machining — 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings where applicable, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shock shafts.
• 100% bolt-on installation — No drilling, cutting, or welding required for installation on compatible vehicles.

Performance: When used with 35 x 12.50 tires, the Stage 7 system is designed to provide up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel. Use of 37" tires may require up-travel limiters or bump stop spacer kits and minor trimming for safe operation.

Recommended wheel and tire sizing: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace) / 18x9" (5.00" backspace) / 20x9" (5.00" backspace) with 35 x 12.50 tires. Zero-offset wheels are commonly recommended to retain suspension and steering clearances.

Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable to maintain long-term performance.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor models.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; actual ride height will vary with vehicle configuration and load.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models with the same kit.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters in the front and rear (specific part numbers available) or bump stop spacer kits and expect minor trimming in some areas.
• Lift heights and fitment notes are based on Sasquatch-equipped vehicles unless otherwise stated.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications to those accessories may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with OEM steering components; due to tight clearances at the front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Bronco Everglades models will have a reduced front lift range of approximately 1.5–2.5" over stock.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; softer initial rates may result in lower-than-advertised ride heights as additional rear weight is added.
