ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The Stage 6 suspension system features precision-manufactured, vehicle-specific remote reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize travel while delivering superior ride quality and consistent damping on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use. The kit includes tubular upper control arms with the patented Delta Joint PRO for caster correction and exceptional articulation, plus tubular rear lower links with greaseless bushings and robust rod ends for improved articulation and ride quality. Rear shocks are shaft-up with unique triple-rate coils to maximize rear travel and comfort.

• Suspension travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear with 35" x 12.50" tires.
• Adjustable lift: Coilovers allow ride-height adjustment to yield approximately 2–3" front and 1.25–2.25" rear lift over stock (4-door with Sasquatch package); actual heights vary by model and configuration.
• CDCV adjustable damping: Coilovers feature compression damping control with multiple settings for street, technical rock crawling, or high-speed desert use.
• Remote reservoirs: Improve oil volume and cooling to maintain consistent shock performance under sustained hard use.
• Chassis components: Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO (up to 90° articulation) for caster correction; tubular rear lower links for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Rear springs: ICON-engineered triple-rate rear coils optimized for ride quality and rear travel.
• Durability & materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, 7/8" shock shafts, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, and high-strength CNC-machined hardware.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Recommended wheel & tire fitment: Fits with stock wheels and tires. Optimized for 35" x 12.50" tires; 37" tires require up-travel limiters and minor trimming in some cases.

Additional highlights: Corrosion-resistant coilover bodies, large-diameter shafts for strength, PTFE-lined bearings, and application-specific mounting hardware.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary by trim and configuration.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, up-travel limiters are required in the front and rear to maintain safe operation.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; due to tight clearances to front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; their softer initial rates may result in lower than advertised ride heights as additional rear weight is added.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
