ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco delivers precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize travel, improve ride quality, and maintain consistent damping under heavy use. This vehicle-specific system provides adjustable ride height, increased suspension travel, and upgraded control arms and links to optimize on- and off-road performance.

• Vehicle fitment: 2021–2026 Ford Bronco (4-door Sasquatch-equipped baseline)
• Front travel: Up to 11.5" of suspension travel (with 35" x 12.50" tires)
• Rear travel: Up to 14" of suspension travel (with 35" x 12.50" tires)
• Adjustable lift: Front adjustable ~2–3"; Rear adjustable ~1.25–2.25" over stock (4-door Sasquatch baseline)
• Coilovers: Precision-tuned remote-reservoir front and rear coilover shocks with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation
• CDCV damping: Compression Damping Control Valves offering multiple settings for fine tuning from soft to firm
• Rear design: Shaft-up rear shocks paired with unique triple-rate rear coil springs for maximum rear travel and improved ride quality
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and the Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° total articulation
• Rear links: Billet rear lower links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and heavy-duty rod ends at the other for articulation and on-vehicle length/pinion-angle adjustment
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, and high-strength CNC machined hardware
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required
• Tuning note: Coilovers provide ride-height adjustment and CDCV compression tuning to suit street, rock crawling, or high-speed desert use

Notes:

• Not compatible with OEM wheels & tires.
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50". Running 37" tires requires up-travel limiters and may require minor trimming.
• Will not fit the Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• Fitment testing was performed with stock steering components; some aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• Bronco Everglades models will have a front lift height range of approximately 1.5–2.5" over stock.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock vehicle weight; softer initial spring rates may result in lower ride heights as additional rear weight is added.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
