ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 2 suspension system for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package upgrades ride quality, wheel travel and off-road performance by replacing the front and rear shocks with 2.5 EXP Series coilovers while re-using the factory coil springs and hardware where applicable.

• Adjustable ride height via snap-ring grooves; selectable lift for increased wheel travel (varies by vehicle configuration)
• Includes a full set of four 2.5" Aluminum Series EXP shocks with internal reservoirs
• One-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders with hard anodized finish for corrosion resistance and consistent appearance
• 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft with factory shaft-up orientation and machined ends to re-use OE upper mounts
• Digressive piston tuning and increased oil volume for improved damping, heat dissipation and sustained performance
• CNC machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finish and PTFE-lined spherical bearings for longevity and minimal deflection
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) providing caster correction and featuring the Delta Joint PRO for enhanced articulation
• 100% bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required

• Only fits Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels (without Sasquatch): 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset; 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels (with Sasquatch): 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9" with 5.00" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tires (without Sasquatch): up to 35" x 12.50" (requires high clearance crash bars, part #42000). 37" tire packages require coilover bump stop spacers and may require trimming and modifications.
• Recommended tires (with Sasquatch): up to 35" x 12.50". 37" tire packages require coilover bump stop spacers and may require fender trimming and modifications.
• For 37" tires use the front bump stop spacer kit (part #611082).
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Recommend high clearance crash bars (part #42000) on non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable and re-valvable by a qualified shock technician; replacement parts available.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
