ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System upgrades ride quality, wheel travel and off-road performance with vehicle-specific 2.5 EXP Series coilovers for Broncos equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package. The design reuses the factory coil springs and hardware while providing snap-ring selectable ride height, robust aluminum shock construction, and fully serviceable components for long-term performance and tunability.

• Shock type: 2.5 EXP Series aluminum coilover with internal reservoir, one-piece impact-extruded hard-anodized body
• Ride height adjustability: Snap-ring selectable — up to 0–2.0" front lift and 0–1.75" rear lift over stock (on vehicles with the OE HOSS 2.0 package)
• Shaft & piston: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft; one-piece digressive piston custom tuned to work with stock coils
• Orientation: Inverted shaft-up design that reuses OE upper shock and spring mounts
• Rebuildable & serviceable: Fully rebuildable and re-valvable by a qualified shock technician; parts available for service
• Heat dissipation & durability: Increased oil volume and larger piston for superior heat management versus smaller steel-bodied OE shocks
• Upper control arms (UCAs): Billet aluminum UCAs with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° total articulation
• Hardware & bearings: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with PTFE-lined spherical bearings for durability and minimal deflection
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no cutting or welding required
• Includes: Full set of four 2.5 Aluminum Series EXP shocks with internal reservoirs and billet aluminum UCAs

Recommended wheel & tire guidance

• Aftermarket wheel fitment examples: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace, 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace, 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace, 0mm offset)
• Tire fitment without Sasquatch package: up to 35" x 12.50" (37" requires additional modifications and bump stop spacers)
• Tire fitment with Sasquatch package: up to 35" x 12.50" (37" may require bump stop spacers and fender trimming/modifications)

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Recommended high-clearance crash bars (part #42000) on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles when running 35" tires.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• For 37" tires, use bump stop spacer kit (part #611082) in the front.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Only fits Bronco models equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
