ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System

The Stage 1 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco features front and rear 2.5 EXP Series coilovers engineered to increase wheel travel and improve ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. EXP Series coilovers pair a rebuildable 2.5" diameter aluminum shock absorber with the use of the Bronco’s factory coil springs and mounting hardware, offering selectable ride height adjustment via snap-ring grooves.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
• Included: Full set of four 2.5 Aluminum Series EXP shocks with internal reservoirs.
• Adjustable ride height: 0–2.0" front lift and 0–1.75" rear lift over stock via snap rings.
• Design: Inverted (shaft-up) orientation to reuse OE upper shock and spring mounts.
• Construction: One-piece impact-extruded hard-anodized aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish; CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components.
• Shaft: 7/8" diameter, induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft for increased durability.
• Piston & tuning: One-piece digressive piston custom-tuned to work with factory coil springs for optimized damping and ride quality.
• Servicing: Fully rebuildable and re-valvable by qualified shock technicians.
• Mounting: PTFE-lined spherical bearings for longevity and minimal deflection; 100% bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required.

Technical Notes:

• Only fits Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes.
• Use up to 35" x 12.50" tires. 37" tire packages may require bump stop spacers and could require fender trimming; removal of crash bars for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended.
• Recommended on non-Sasquatch vehicles running 35" tires: high clearance crash bars (part #42000).
• When running 37" tires, use front bump stop spacer kit (part #611082).
• Factory upper control arms will not align properly past 1.5" of lift; above 1.5" an aftermarket upper control arm is recommended.
• Due to increased wheel travel and lift height, ICON upper control arms with Delta Joint Pro (part numbers 48400DJ or 48500DJ) are recommended; other aftermarket front upper control arms may not be compatible. Installers must verify fitment. Failure to cycle the suspension and check for ball joint bind may lead to component failure or injury.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
