ICON Stage 8 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 8 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific coilover upgrade designed for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. It features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with a Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) for maximum travel, ride quality, and control on- and off-road. The system provides adjustable ride height and is engineered for heavy loads, extended travel, and sustained performance under hard use.

• Adjustable ride height: Up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos (non-Sasquatch).
• Long wheel travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear wheel travel with 35x12.50 tires.
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: Increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under prolonged hard use.
• Active electronic damping: ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV provides near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments and on-the-fly tuning.
• Heavy-load capability: Rear progressive dual-rate coil springs and reinforced components accommodate frequently loaded vehicles while maintaining ride quality.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Billet aluminum control arms: Upper control arms with patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° articulation and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment.
• Improved rear geometry: Billet rear links and adjustable rear upper links free up suspension bind, allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment, and improve fuel tank clearance at max articulation.
• Adjustable track bar: On-vehicle adjustability with greaseless bushings and high-strength rod ends for rear axle alignment at any lift height.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable to support long-term maintenance.

Notes:

• Not compatible with Bronco Raptor models.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• Lift heights and fitment guidance are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• Recommended maximum tire: 35 x 12.50. Running 37" tires requires up-travel limiters for front and rear and additional trimming/modifications.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch vehicles must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar replacement is available to retain crash bar functionality when running larger tires.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required for clearance.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• Heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear; they may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app for electronic shock tuning.
