ICON Stage 8 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) for maximum travel, superior ride quality, and consistent suspension performance on- and off-road. Adjustable coilovers provide approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, maintaining damper performance through rough terrain.

The system includes ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) which reads terrain and makes near-instant compression damping adjustments via the CDEV at each shock. The system can be controlled wirelessly via the IIC app and, once configured, will function without driver input.

Tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and incorporate the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90 degrees of total articulation. Tubular rear links reduce suspension bind, offer pinion angle adjustment, and improve fuel tank clearance at maximum articulation. Greaseless bushings and heavy-duty rod ends are used throughout. The adjustable track bar features dual-durometer greaseless bushings and an adjustable rod end for on-vehicle rear axle alignment at any lift height.

This suspension is designed to deliver up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when used with 35x12.50 tires. 37" tires can be accommodated with the use of up-travel limiters and other recommended measures.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 25mm offset or 18x9" with 25mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: 35x12.50".
• 37" tires require up-travel limiters and may require bump stop spacers and trimming for proper fitment.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• When running 37" tires use up-travel limiters part #611075 in the front and part #611074 in the rear.
• Lift heights and fitment information are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links use part #611073.
• High clearance crash bars (part #42000) are recommended on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles when running 35" tires.
• When running 37" tires crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• ICON heavy rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional rear weight is present and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
