ICON Stage 8 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) for maximum travel, superior ride quality, and consistent damping performance on- and off-road. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height—approximately 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Rear coilovers are shaft-up with a unique triple-rate coil design to maximize rear travel and ride comfort. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) provides lightning-fast, precise electronic shock tuning on-the-fly at any speed or terrain. Onboard sensors monitor vehicle dynamics and the CDEV makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments at each shock. The system can be controlled wirelessly via the IIC app and will operate automatically once configured.

The kit includes tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO for enhanced articulation and caster correction, tubular rear links designed to reduce suspension bind and allow pinion angle adjustment, greaseless bushings and heavy-duty rod ends, and an adjustable track bar with on-vehicle adjustability for rear axle alignment at different lift heights.

Notes

• Will not fit the Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters in the front and rear.
• Lift heights and notes apply to non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, follow the corresponding installation instructions and component compatibility guidance.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar kit is recommended to retain crash bar functionality when running larger tires.
• Running 37" tires may require crash bar removal but this is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OEM steering components; due to tight clearances to front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Triple-rate rear coils use softer initial spring rates and will yield lower ride heights as weight is added to the rear of the vehicle.
• Use up to 35x12.50 tires without the Sasquatch package; 37x12.50 tires require bump stop spacer kits and additional trimming or modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
