ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System delivers a high-travel, high-performance suspension solution for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos. Precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilovers with CDC (Compression Damping Control) valves provide sustained damping performance, improved heat dissipation, and adjustable compression tuning for street, rock crawling, and high-speed off-road use. Coilover ride height adjustment yields significant lift while ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate rear springs increase rear load capacity without sacrificing ride quality.

The kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and ICON’s Delta Joint PRO for increased articulation, a complete billet rear link kit with adjustable upper links, and an adjustable rear track bar for proper axle alignment at lifted heights. All components are designed for bolt-on installation without drilling, cutting, or welding.

• High travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel (measured with 35x12.50 tires).
• Adjustable lift: Front ride height adjustable for approximately 3–4" of lift; rear adjustable for approximately 2–3" of lift on 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: Increased oil volume and cooling area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.
• CDCV compression adjustment: Multi-setting compression tuning for a wide range of driving conditions.
• Progressive dual-rate rear springs: Engineered for added load capacity while maintaining on- and off-road performance.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment and Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° articulation.
• Billet rear link kit & adjustable track bar: Adjustable upper links for fuel-tank clearance, greaseless bushings, heavy-duty rod ends, and on-vehicle adjustability for proper pinion angle and axle alignment.
• Durable construction: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant shock bodies, 7/8" diameter shock shafts, and high-strength machined components.
• Serviceable shocks: Coilovers and remote reservoirs are serviceable for long-term maintenance.
• 100% bolt-on: No drilling, cutting, or welding required for install.

Compatibility & recommended usage highlights: Designed around 35x12.50 tires for maximum travel. 37" tires can be used with additional up-travel limiting hardware and other bump-stop or clearance measures. Lift and fitment figures are based on non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos may require removal to clear larger tires; ICON offers a high-clearance crash bar option for those who wish to retain crash bar functionality.

Notes:

• Not compatible with Bronco Raptor models.
• Two-door Broncos will sit taller than four-door Broncos with this kit.
• 37" tire fitment requires the use of up-travel limiters and may require bump-stop spacers, trimming, or other modifications for safe operation.
• When running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, high-clearance crash bars are recommended for proper clearance.
• Removal of factory crash bars to fit larger tires may be required but is not recommended without consideration of structural and legal implications.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock slider mounts; modifications to those accessories may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional rear weight is present; they may produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Installation may require recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
