ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a complete bolt-on suspension upgrade designed for maximum wheel travel, improved on- and off-road ride quality, and enhanced load-carrying capability. Precision-manufactured remote reservoir coilovers with CDC valves deliver tunable compression across 10 settings, while progressive dual-rate rear springs and reinforced suspension links provide durability and articulation for heavy-use and heavily equipped vehicles.

• Precision remote-reservoir coilovers with CDC valves for adjustable compression damping (10 settings) and increased oil volume for improved heat dissipation and resistance to cavitation.
• Adjustable ride height: up to 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Bronco (without Sasquatch package).
• Maximum suspension travel: up to 11.5" front and 14" rear travel with 35x12.50 tires.
• Rear coilover design: shaft-up orientation with ICON engineered progressive dual-rate springs for added rear load capacity.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with patented Delta Joint PRO for caster correction and up to 90° of articulation.
• Complete tubular rear link kit including adjustable upper links and an adjustable rear track bar with greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for on-vehicle axle alignment at any lift height.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shafts.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for the main installation.

Technical highlights

• Designed for use with up to 35x12.50 tires; 37" tires may be used with optional up-travel limiters.
• Rear springs available in a heavy-rate option optimized for additional rear ride height when carrying extra weight; heavy-rate springs may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• High-strength CNC-machined lower bar pins and greaseless bushings throughout for reduced maintenance.
• Coilover bodies and components serviceable; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 25mm. Recommended ICON Alloys wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace) and 18x9" (6.00" backspace).

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door Bronco models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires use up-travel limiters: front part #611075 and rear part #611074; bump stop spacer kit required for 37x12.50 tires.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos may need removal to clear 35" and larger tires; ICON high clearance crash bar kit part #42000 is recommended for 35" tire fitment if retaining crash bar functionality.
• Crash bar removal for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; due to tight clearances, some aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended use with ICON or OE tie rods for proper clearance and fitment.
