ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 7 suspension system is a complete bolt-on upgrade engineered to deliver increased wheel travel, improved on- and off-road ride quality, and load-carrying capability for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos. Precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilovers with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves provide independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment, while tubular control arms, adjustable rear links, and an adjustable rear track bar correct alignment and increase articulation under load.

• Precision remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.
• CDXS adjustable damping — independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings for fine tuning handling response and aggressiveness.
• Increased travel and lift — up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel (with 35x12.50 tires); adjustable coilovers provide approximately 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos (non-Sasquatch).
• Dual-rate rear coil springs engineered for additional rear load capacity while maintaining on- and off-road performance.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with patented Delta Joint PRO allowing up to 90° of articulation for caster correction and improved durability.
• Complete tubular rear link kit including adjustable upper links and an adjustable rear track bar for improved fuel tank clearance, reduced suspension bind, and on-vehicle rear axle alignment.
• Application-specific hardware including PTFE-lined spherical bearings, greaseless bushings, FK rod ends, and high-strength CNC-machined components from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum.
• Corrosion-resistant construction — CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" diameter shafts and fully serviceable shocks.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Technical highlights:

• Travel: Up to 11.5" front / 14" rear with 35x12.50 tires.
• Lift: Adjustable coilovers yield ~3–4" front and ~2–3" rear (4-door, non-Sasquatch).
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35x12.50 tires without Sasquatch package; 37x12.50 tires may be used with additional up-travel/bump stop modifications.
• Materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, PTFE-lined bearings, CAD-plated shock bodies.
• Compatibility: Fitment tested with ICON and OE steering components; tight clearances to front coilovers may limit compatibility with some aftermarket steering or step/rock slider mounts.

Notes:

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• 37" tires require up-travel limiters and bump stop spacer modifications; crash bar removal may be required for some larger tire setups but is not recommended.
• High clearance crash bars are recommended when running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• OEM wheel and tire fitment is maintained; recommended aftermarket wheel offset ~25 mm and recommended tire size 35x12.50 for maximum travel without additional modifications.
