ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 7 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific kit designed to maximize suspension travel, ride quality, and off-road performance for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos. Precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilover shocks with ICON's CDXS valving provide independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment. The kit includes tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO, a full tubular rear link kit, and an adjustable rear track bar for improved articulation, alignment, and drivability.

• Remote-reservoir coilovers with increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.
• Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves with independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment (10 detented positions each).
• Adjustable ride height: up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Suspension travel: up to 11.5" front and 14" rear wheel travel with 35x12.50 tires.
• Triple-rate rear coil springs for improved rear travel and ride quality.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° total articulation and caster correction.
• Tubular rear link kit including adjustable upper links and adjustable rear track bar with greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for on-vehicle alignment.
• Application-specific hardware including PTFE-lined spherical bearings, CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, CAD-plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shock shafts.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters in the front (part #611075) and rear (part #611074); 37x12.50 tires also require bump stop spacer kit.
• Lift heights and fitment notes are based on non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, use part #611073.
• Recommended maximum tire: 35x12.50 without Sasquatch package; for larger tires, additional hardware or modifications may be required.
• High-clearance crash bar kit (part #42000) is recommended on non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires; removal of factory crash bars for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock vehicle weights; softer initial spring rates may result in lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear weight increases.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
