ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a complete, vehicle-specific lift and long-travel package engineered for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos. The system uses precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with CDC Valves to maximize travel and deliver improved ride quality and suspension control on- and off-road. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height and damping for street driving, rock crawling, and high-speed desert use.

• Adjustable coilovers: Remote-reservoir front and rear coilovers with CDC Valves offering 10 compression settings and increased oil volume/heat dissipation to resist fade under hard use.
• Lift range: Adjustable to yield approximately 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4‑door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Long travel: Engineered to provide up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel when used with 35x12.50 tires.
• Rear coil design: Unique triple-rate rear coils optimized for improved rear travel and ride quality.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Provide caster correction, durability, and improved drivability; feature the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation.
• Tubular rear link kit: Includes adjustable upper links and tubular lower links with greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Adjustable rear track bar: On-vehicle adjustability, dual-durometer greaseless bushing and FK rod end for proper rear axle alignment at any lift height.
• Durable construction: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined aluminum components, CAD-plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shock shafts.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.
• 100% bolt-on: No drilling, cutting, or welding required for installation.

Recommended wheel & tire fitment: Fits up to 35" x 12.50" tires. Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 25 mm (examples: 17x8.5" w/ 5.75" backspace or 18x9" w/ 6.00" backspace).

37" tire notes: Running 37" tires requires up-travel limiters and additional modifications; optional up-travel limiters are required for safe operation with 37" tires.

Compatibility: Designed for 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package; 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.

ADAS: Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.

Crash bars & aftermarket equipment: Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar kit (part #42000) is recommended when running 35" tires to retain crash bar functionality. Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended. Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required. Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to the front coilovers.

Service & weight considerations: Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock rear weight; added rear cargo or accessories may yield lower ride heights than advertised.

Will not fit Bronco Raptor.

• Recommended tires: 35" x 12.50".
• When running 37" tires, use front up-travel limiter part #611075 and rear up-travel limiter part #611074; additional bump stop spacers and trimming/modifications may be required.
• When running ICON tubular lower links use part #611073.
• Recommend high-clearance crash bars part #42000 on non-Sasquatch-equipped vehicles when running 35" tires.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
