ICON Stage 7 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 7 suspension system features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with CDXS for maximum travel, superior ride quality, and high-performance damping both on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height yielding approximately 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, ensuring sustained shock performance through rough terrain.

The front and rear coilovers are vehicle-specific tuned and include ICON’s Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves for independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment. Each compression knob offers 10 detented settings for fine-tuning handling response and overall aggressiveness.

The Stage 7 kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90 degrees of articulation. The kit also contains a complete billet rear link set and an adjustable rear track bar, all designed for improved articulation, fuel-tank clearance at full travel, greaseless bushings, heavy-duty rod ends, and on-vehicle adjustability for proper alignment at varying lift heights.

• Not compatible with OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9 (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9 (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 35" x 12.50".
• Safe with 35x12.50 tires; 37" and larger tires require up-travel limiters, bump stop spacers, and additional trimming or modifications.
• Removal of factory crash bars may be required to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar kit is recommended to retain crash-bar functionality when running larger tires.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2-door Broncos will sit taller than 4-door Broncos with this system.
• Lift heights and application details assume non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• Rear heavy-rate coil springs are optimized for vehicles carrying additional rear weight and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required for fitment.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; some aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• Designed for use with ICON or OE tie rods for proper fitment.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
