ICON Stage 7 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 7 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a full bolt-on suspension upgrade engineered for maximum wheel travel, improved ride quality, and sustained damping performance both on- and off-road. The system uses precision-manufactured remote-reservoir coilover shocks with ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves, billet aluminum upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO, and a complete billet rear link kit with an adjustable rear track bar.

• Vehicle fitment: 2021–2026 Ford Bronco (lift measurements based on 4-door Bronco without Sasquatch package)
• Front suspension travel: Up to 11.5" (with 35x12.50 tires)
• Rear suspension travel: Up to 14" (with 35x12.50 tires)
• Adjustable lift: Front: approximately 3–4"; Rear: approximately 2–3"
• Coilovers: Remote-reservoir design increases oil volume and cooling to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use
• CDXS valves: Independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for tuning handling and aggressiveness
• Rear coils: Unique triple-rate rear springs optimized for improved ride quality and travel
• Upper control arms (UCAs): Billet aluminum UCAs with on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment and Delta Joint PRO for increased articulation
• Rear link kit: Billet upper and lower links, greaseless bushings, FK rod ends, and on-vehicle adjustability for pinion angle and fuel tank clearance
• Adjustable rear track bar: Dual-durometer greaseless bushing and FK rod end for rear axle alignment at any lift height
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Recommended wheels & tires: Up to 35" x 12.50" tires without Sasquatch package. Example wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).

Optional / supplemental components: Up-travel limiters are required for safe use with 37" tires (use specified up-travel limiter part numbers). High clearance crash bars are recommended when running 35" tires to retain crash-bar functionality; 37" tires may require crash bar removal (not recommended).

Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.

On-vehicle considerations: Some aftermarket steering components, steps, or rock sliders may interfere with front coilovers or rear reservoir brackets; modifications or specific component selection may be required.

Calibration: Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.

Fitment notes: Will not fit Bronco Raptor. Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models. Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight vehicles; added rear weight can reduce ride height below advertised values.

Notes

• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters: front part #611075 and rear part #611074.
• High clearance crash bar kit recommended when running 35" tires: part #42000.
• Crash bar removal may be required to fit 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary with vehicle configuration and added weight.
