ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a high-travel, vehicle-specific suspension upgrade for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. It features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with CDCV compression adjustment, billet aluminum control arms, and a complete billet rear link kit to maximize travel, improve ride quality, and maintain on-vehicle adjustability for street and off-road use.

• Application: Designed for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco (lift heights and settings specified for non-Sasquatch vehicles).
• Adjustable coilovers: Remote-reservoir coilovers with CDC valves and 10 settings of compression damping adjustment for versatile tuning from slow technical terrain to high-speed desert runs.
• Ride height: Coilovers provide approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4-door non-Sasquatch Broncos.
• Suspension travel: Engineered to deliver up to 11.5" of front travel and 14" of rear travel when paired with 35 x 12.50 tires.
• Rear spring design: Unique triple-rate rear coil springs optimize rear travel and ride quality.
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum UCAs with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and the Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation.
• Rear links and track bar: Complete billet rear link kit with adjustable upper links and an adjustable rear track bar featuring greaseless bushings and rod-end hardware for axle alignment at any lift height.
• Durability and materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shock shafts for long-term durability.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable for maintenance and rebuilds.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on design — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for standard install.

Technical highlights

• Wheel/tire compatibility: Intended for use with up to 35 x 12.50 tires without major modifications; 37" tires are possible with additional up-travel limiters, bump stop spacers and trimming/modifications.
• Steering and steering components: Fitment testing performed with ICON and OEM steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• Clearance considerations: Rear reservoir brackets can interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders and may require modification; factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos may need removal to clear larger tires unless high-clearance crash bars are used.
• On-vehicle adjustability: Multiple components allow on-vehicle adjustments for caster, camber and pinion angle to optimize drivability at different lift heights.

Notes:

• Not compatible with the Bronco Raptor.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on non-Sasquatch models.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 35" x 12.50" tires, high-clearance crash bars are recommended to retain crash bar functionality.
• When running 37" tires, up-travel limiters (front and rear), bump stop spacers, and trimming/modifications are required; crash bar removal may be necessary but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts and could require modification.
• Fitment testing was completed with ICON and OEM steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight Broncos; adding weight to the rear of the vehicle will reduce ride height compared to advertised values.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 (approximately 0 mm offset / recommended backspace varies by wheel size).
• Designed for use with ICON or OEM tie rods.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
