ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System

The Stage 6 suspension system features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize wheel travel while delivering superior on- and off-road ride quality. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height, yielding approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock on 4‑door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Rear coilovers are shaft-up and use ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate rear springs for increased load capacity without sacrificing performance. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, ensuring sustained damping performance in demanding terrain.

To accommodate the increased travel and lift, the kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Billet rear lower links combine greaseless dual-durometer bushings at one end with heavy-duty rod ends at the other for a balance of articulation and ride quality, while allowing on-vehicle length and pinion-angle adjustment.

This system is tuned to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when used with 35 x 12.50 tires. It can be used with 37" and larger tires when up-travel limiters and additional modifications are installed. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; a high‑clearance crash bar option is available for those who want retained crash bar functionality with larger tires.

Notes

• Not compatible with OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35 x 12.50". For 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, high‑clearance crash bars are recommended (replacement crash bar option available).
• 37" tires require up-travel limiters and additional modifications such as bump stop spacers and trimming; crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor models.
• Two-door Broncos will sit taller than four-door Broncos when fitted with this system.
• Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
