ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize travel and deliver superior ride quality and suspension performance on- and off-road. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height, progressive dual-rate rear springs for increased load capacity, and remote reservoirs to increase oil volume and heat dissipation for sustained performance under hard use.

Tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and incorporate the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Tubular rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other to balance free articulation and ride quality.

The system is designed for up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel when used with 35 x 12.50 tires. It supports larger tires with appropriate up-travel limiters and clearance modifications.

Notes:

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace / 25mm offset) or 18x9" (6.00" backspace / 25mm offset).
• Recommended tires: 35" x 12.50". When running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, high clearance crash bars (part #42000) are recommended.
• For 37" tires: up-travel limiters are required (front part #611075, rear part #611074) and bump stop spacer kits are recommended; additional trimming and modifications may be necessary. Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, use part #611073.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances—use ICON or OE tie rods where applicable.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear; heavy-rate springs can produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Use up to 35" x 12.50" tires without the Sasquatch package; 37x12.50 tires require bump stop spacer kits and additional considerations.
