The Stage 6 Suspension System for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a precision-engineered coilover-based kit designed for maximum travel, improved ride quality, and superior on- and off-road performance. The system features custom valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) for independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment and increased oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.

To accommodate increased travel and lift, the kit includes tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO for high articulation, plus tubular rear lower links that combine greaseless bushings and heavy-duty rod ends for improved articulation and load capacity.

• Maximum travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear with 35x12.50 tires.
• Adjustable lift: Up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Bronco (non-Sasquatch).
• Remote reservoir coilovers: Increased oil capacity and cooling for sustained damping performance.
• CDXS valves: Independent low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detents for precise tuning.
• Dual-rate rear coils: ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate springs for added rear load capacity while retaining ride quality.
• Tubular upper control arms: Provide caster correction and high articulation via the Delta Joint PRO.
• Tubular rear lower links: Dual-durometer greaseless bushings and heavy-duty rod ends for articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Construction and hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, and high-strength machined pins.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system; no drilling, cutting, or welding required for install.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.

• OEM wheel and tire fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset; 18x9" with 6.00" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 35x12.50".
• High clearance crash bar kit (part number 42000) is recommended when running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles.
• 37" tires may require coilover bump stop spacers, trimming, or other modifications; up-travel limiters are required for safe use with 37" and larger tires (front and rear up-travel limiters available).
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models may sit taller than four-door models.
• Lift heights are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using tubular lower links, specific link part compatibility may be required.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• ICON Heavy Rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
