ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 suspension system for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco is a high-travel, performance-tuned package designed for aggressive on- and off-road use. It features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with ICON CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) for superior damping control, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, and sustained performance under hard use. Adjustable coilovers provide increased ride height and travel while maintaining ride quality and control.

Key capabilities: adjustable ride height, increased suspension travel, independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment, and robust control arm and link hardware for articulation and alignment correction.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco (4-door baseline without Sasquatch package unless noted).
• Adjustable lift: Up to 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos (without Sasquatch).
• Maximum travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel when used with 35x12.50 tires.
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: Increased oil volume and cooling to resist overheating and cavitation for sustained damping performance.
• CDXS valves: Independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 discrete detented settings for tuning handling response and aggressiveness.
• Rear coil design: Unique triple-rate rear coils to maximize rear travel and improve ride quality.
• Upper control arms: Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO for caster correction and up to 90° total articulation.
• Rear links: Tubular rear lower links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings on one end and heavy-duty rod ends on the other for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Durability hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, and 7/8" diameter shafts.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for standard install.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25mm offset) or 18x9" with 6.00" backspace (25mm offset).
• Recommended tires: 35x12.50". For 35" tires, high clearance crash bars are recommended (part #42000). For 37" tires, bump stop spacers and trimming/modifications are typically required; optional up-travel limiters are required for safe use with larger tires.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters: front part #611075 and rear part #611074.
• Lift heights and compatibility are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, use part #611073.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended; for 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, high clearance crash bars (part #42000) are recommended.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was completed with OEM steering components; due to tight clearances to front coilovers, certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight Broncos; softer initial spring rates may result in lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear weight is added.
