ICON Stage 6 Suspension System (2021–2026 Ford Bronco)

The ICON Stage 6 Suspension System features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize suspension travel while delivering superior ride quality and control both on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height, offering approximately 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, maintaining consistent damper performance through rough terrain.

Tunable compression damping: CDCV technology lets you precisely dial compression settings for street driving, slow-rock crawling, or high-speed desert running.

The kit includes tubular upper control arms with caster correction and ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Tubular rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and heavy-duty rod ends at the other for improved rear articulation and ride quality. High-quality materials and CNC-machined components are used throughout for strength and corrosion resistance.

Recommended wheel and tire guidance: Fits up to 35" x 12.50" tires without modifications on non-Sasquatch vehicles. 37" tires may be used with up-travel limiters and additional modifications; factory crash bars may require removal to clear larger tires.

Construction highlights: CNC-machined high-strength components, PTFE spherical bearings, greaseless bushings, FK-style rod ends, and increased shock oil volume for sustained performance under hard use.

Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.

Notes:

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; 2‑door models will sit taller than 4‑door models.
• When running 37" tires, use front up-travel limiters (part #611075) and rear up-travel limiters (part #611074); 37" tires may require bump stop spacers and trimming or other modifications.
• High clearance crash bar kit (part #42000) is recommended when running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles; crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, use part #611073.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight vehicles; the softer initial spring rates will result in lower than advertised ride heights as rear load is added.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
