ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 suspension system is a precision-engineered coilover suspension package designed to maximize suspension travel, ride quality, and off-road performance for 2021–2026 Ford Broncos. It features custom-valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) technology for independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment, progressive dual-rate rear coil springs for increased load capacity, and billet aluminum control arms and links for strength and adjustability.

The coilovers provide adjustable ride height yielding 3–4" front lift and 2–3" rear lift over stock on 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, preserving damper performance through rough terrain. CDXS allows separate tuning of handling response and overall aggressiveness with 10 detented settings for both low- and high-speed compression.

To accommodate increased travel and lift, the kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of total articulation. Billet rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and high-strength rod ends at the other for a balance of articulation and refinement, with on-vehicle length adjustment for pinion angle tuning.

Technical specifications and recommendations:

• Wheel and tire fitment: Designed for use with 35 x 12.50 tires; compatible travel shown with 35" tires. 37" tires may be used with up-travel limiters.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace), 18x9" (5" backspace), 20x9" (5" backspace) with 0mm offset.
• Coilover lift limits: Up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear depending on vehicle configuration.
• Shock serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Hardware and fitment: Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may have clearance issues.

Notes:

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters (front part #611075; rear part #611074) and bump stop spacer kits as required.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch vehicles may need removal to clear 35" and larger tires; a high-clearance crash bar replacement is available to retain crash bar functionality when running larger tires.
• When running 35" tires, a high-clearance crash bar kit is recommended.
• Crash bar removal for 37" tires may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional rear weight is present and may result in a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Fitment and performance assume use with ICON or OE tie rods and steering components unless otherwise specified.
