ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 suspension system delivers precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) to maximize travel and improve ride quality on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height for approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, ensuring sustained damping performance.

The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with a unique triple-rate rear coil design to optimize rear suspension travel and ride comfort. Front coilovers feature separate high-speed and low-speed compression adjusters with 10 detented settings for each, allowing precise tuning of handling response and overall aggressiveness.

To accommodate increased travel and lift, the kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and ICON’s Delta Joint Pro for up to 90° of articulation. Billet rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and heavy-duty rod ends at the other for improved articulation and on-vehicle length/pinion-angle adjustment.

Notes

• Does not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle and are based on non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters: front part #611075 and rear part #611074; additional bump stop spacers and modifications may be required.
• Recommended high-clearance crash bars for non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires: part #42000. Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock-weight Broncos; softer initial spring rates may result in lower than advertised ride heights as rear cargo/load is added.
• Recommended tire fitment: up to 35 x 12.50 without Sasquatch. For 37 x 12.50 tires, additional bump stop spacers and modifications are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (0mm offset): 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace), 18x9" (5" backspace), 20x9" (5" backspace).
