ICON Stage 6 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 6 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to maximize travel while delivering superior ride quality and performance on- and off-road. The coilovers provide adjustable ride height, yielding approximately 3–4" of front lift and 2–3" of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation during hard use, ensuring sustained damping performance in demanding terrain.

The kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and ICON’s patented Delta Joint Pro for high articulation. Billet rear lower links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings on one end and heavy-duty rod ends on the other for improved articulation and ride quality while allowing on-vehicle length adjustment.

• Maximum travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear wheel travel when used with 35" x 12.50" tires.
• Adjustable coilovers: Remote-reservoir front and rear coilovers with CDCV offering 10 settings of compression damping adjustment.
• Lift capability: Adjustable to approximately 3–4" front / 2–3" rear on stock 4-door models without Sasquatch.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, CAD-plated shock bodies, and 7/8" diameter shafts.
• Spring design: ICON-engineered coil springs with a unique triple-rate design in the rear for optimized travel and ride quality.

Recommended wheel and tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires without Sasquatch. Recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 with low offsets (0 mm) and corresponding backspace for proper fitment.

Compatibility: May be used with 37" and larger tires only when appropriate up-travel limiters and bump-stop spacers are installed and additional trimming/modifications are performed. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos may need removal to clear 35" and larger tires; high-clearance crash bars are recommended if you want to retain crash bar functionality.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use up-travel limiters and bump-stop spacers and expect additional trimming and modifications for safe fitment; running 37" tires without proper modifications is not recommended.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight Broncos. The softer initial rates may result in lower than advertised ride heights as rear weight is added.
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch vehicles must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; high-clearance crash bars are recommended to retain crash-bar functionality when running 35" tires.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required for proper fitment.
• Fitment testing was completed with ICON and OE steering components; due to tight clearances to the front coilovers, some aftermarket steering components may not be compatible.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
