ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a precision-engineered suspension upgrade for the Ford Bronco (2021–2026). It uses custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks to maximize suspension travel while improving ride quality and control both on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, preserving damping performance through rough terrain.

The kit includes billet aluminum upper control arms with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment and the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of total articulation. Billet aluminum rear lower links increase rear articulation and ground clearance while providing on-vehicle length adjustment and replaceable rock skids. Rear coilovers mount shaft-up and use ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate springs to support extra rear loads without sacrificing ride quality.

• Adjustable lift: up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear over stock 4-door Broncos (non-Sasquatch)
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: vehicle-specific valving for superior damping under hard use
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): caster/camber adjustability with Delta Joint PRO for increased articulation
• Billet rear lower links: dual-durometer greaseless bushings, heavy rod ends, on-vehicle length adjustment, replaceable rock skids
• Progressive dual-rate rear springs: increased capacity for heavily loaded vehicles
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Durability & serviceability: high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins; shocks are fully serviceable
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Notes

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: No.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 35x12.50".
• When running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles, ICON High Clearance Crash Bar kit (part 42000) is recommended to maintain crash bar functionality.
• When running 37" tires, up-travel limiters are required in the front (part 611075) and rear (part 611074); 37" tires may also require bump stop spacers and trimming/modifications. Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• 2-door Bronco models will sit taller than 4-door models with this system.
• Lift heights and application notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height when additional weight is added to the rear and may produce a slight positive rake when unloaded.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
