The Stage 5 suspension system for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco delivers precision-engineered remote-reservoir coilover shocks, tubular control arms, and reinforced rear links to maximize wheel travel and improve ride quality on- and off-road. Adjustable coilovers provide significant lift while maintaining damping performance under heavy use.

The rear coilovers are shaft-up and use ICON engineered progressive dual-rate springs for increased rear weight capacity without sacrificing articulation. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade.

Tubular upper control arms provide caster correction and feature the patented Delta Joint PRO for up to 90° of articulation. Tubular rear lower links add strength, improve rear articulation, and allow pinion angle adjustment while combining greaseless dual-durometer bushings and heavy-duty rod ends for durable, free movement.

Notes

• Does not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, use front up-travel limiters (part 611075) and rear up-travel limiters (part 611074).
• Lift heights and fitment are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using ICON tubular lower links, use part 611073.
• High-clearance crash bars (part 42000) are recommended on non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was completed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances.
• ICON heavy-rate rear coil springs are optimized for increased rear ride height with additional rear weight and may produce a slight positive rake when the vehicle is unloaded.
• Recommended maximum tire without Sasquatch: up to 35x12.50". For 37x12.50" tires, use the bump stop spacer kit.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 25 mm.
