ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System — 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco uses precision-machined, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks to maximize suspension travel while delivering superior on- and off-road ride quality and control. Coilovers provide adjustable ride height for 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package. The rear shocks are shaft-up with a unique triple-rate rear coil design to increase rear travel and improve ride comfort. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, maintaining damper performance through rough terrain.

• Front travel: up to 11.5" (with 35x12.50 tires)
• Rear travel: up to 14" (with 35x12.50 tires)
• Adjustable lift: 3–4" front, 2–3" rear over stock 4-door (non-Sasquatch)
• Vehicle-specific tuned remote-reservoir front and rear coilover shocks for sustained damping under hard use
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) for caster correction and added strength; UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint PRO allowing up to 90° total articulation
• Tubular rear lower links to improve rear articulation and allow pinion angle adjustment

Tire and clearance guidance: Designed for use with up to 35" x 12.50" tires without Sasquatch. Use of 37" tires or larger requires optional up-travel limiters and/or bump stop spacer kits and may require additional trimming or modifications for proper clearance. Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires; replacement high-clearance crash bars are available.

Notes

• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• When running 37" tires, up-travel limiters are required in the front and rear, and bump stop spacer kits may be required for 37x12.50 tires.
• Lift heights and fitment notes are based on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles.
• When using tubular lower links, specific link hardware must be used for proper installation.
• Recommended high-clearance crash bars on non-Sasquatch vehicles when running 35" tires.
• Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket steps or rock sliders; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with stock steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances with the front coilovers.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight; their softer initial rates may produce lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear payload is added.
