ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2021–2026 Ford Bronco

The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System features precision-manufactured, custom-valved remote-reservoir coilover shocks and billet aluminum suspension components to maximize travel, ride quality, and off-road performance for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, maintaining consistent damping through rough terrain.

• Maximum travel: Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear suspension travel when used with 35x12.50 tires.
• Adjustable ride height: Coilovers allow up to 3–4" front and 2–3" rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package.
• Remote-reservoir coilovers: Vehicle-specific tuning for superior damping and control under heavy use.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): On-vehicle caster and camber adjustment with the Delta Joint PRO providing up to 90° total articulation.
• Billet rear lower links: Dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other for improved articulation, on-vehicle length adjustment, and replaceable rock skids.
• Rear shock design: Shaft-up orientation with unique triple-rate coil springs for maximum rear travel and improved ride quality.
• Durable construction: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, 6061 aircraft-grade CNC machined aluminum components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts, and high-strength alloy CNC machined lower bar pins.
• Serviceability & install: Shocks are fully serviceable; 100% bolt-on system with no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Notes

• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5" backspace / 0mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35x12.50". For 37x12.50 tires, use bump stop spacer kit and expect trimming and additional modifications; up-travel limiters are required for 37" tires (front part #611075, rear part #611074).
• Factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires. High clearance crash bar kit part #42000 is recommended for running 35" tires on non-Sasquatch vehicles. Crash bar removal may be required for 37" tires but is not recommended.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles. Two-door models will sit taller than four-door models.
• Triple-rate rear coils are optimized for near-stock weight Bronco configurations; softer initial rates may yield lower-than-advertised ride heights as rear weight is added.
• Rear reservoir brackets may interfere with some aftermarket step or rock slider mounts; modifications may be required.
• Fitment testing was performed with ICON and OE steering components; certain aftermarket steering components may not be compatible due to tight clearances to the front coilovers.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
